You are welcome here.
Being here is a meaningful first step to feeling more well.
Let’s work together to find the next step…
Meg Manangón is an ANCC board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) offering a variety mental health services. Based in Philly, serving New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania, Meg will use her expertise & training with care and intention to help you develop meaningful, holistic changes to enhance your quality of life and reach your goals. Not my goals, not your mama’s goals - YOU.
Why The Neurodivergent NP? Well, two big reasons: 1. In my own mental health journey, the concept of neurodivergence has been transformative for me; and 2. It might be for you too! (And it might not be, and that’s ok too.) At its core neurodivergence is simply a more broad, mind-body approach to understanding our lived experience. Put simply, every nervous system is unique and, most importantly, we must consider your whole nervous system - not just your thoughts - when assessing and deciding on your care.
Services | New York
In New York, I see patients with Lavender - telehealth only.

Therapy
Psychotherapy: weekly or biweekly, 40 or 55 minutes
Multimodal approach, with training in CBT and psychodynamic, and will soon be trained in interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT).
Medication Management
As a nurse practitioner, one of my primary roles is diagnosis and treatment with psychiatric medications. I am deeply understanding of medication hesitance, and will partner with you to find the safest treatment options to help you feel well — medication and non-medication.
Evaluation + Diagnosis
I am trained and experienced with evaluation and diagnosis of a myriad psychiatric conditions, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD & ADHD.
Executive Function Coaching
Often combined with ADHD medication management, we will work together to identify and address executive function challenges such as planning, organizing, task initiation, motivation and emotional regulation.
Reproductive Psychiatry
Not only do I offer over 15 years of experience working in women’s reproductive healthcare in various roles but I have advanced training and experience in reproductive psychiatry: treating a variety of mental health challenges that intersect with reproductive health and hormones. This includes but is not limited to pregnancy, postpartum, PMS/PMDD, and perimenopause. Visits can be recurring or simply for consultations.
